Why the week is 5 shifts, not 7
The weekly cap is not a setting you can raise: Medicine's work days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and the game allows one shift per work day. Five work days means five shifts — the week never stretches to seven.
So when you plan a doctor week, multiply by five. A CMD at ₦90,000 a shift tops out at ₦450,000 a week gross — strong, but a seven-shift fantasy number would overstate it by 40%.
Needs fitness skill (client requirement: fitness level 3). Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday are the work days; Thursday and Sunday are off.
