What the bands look like
The low band — student halls and shared rooms — runs ₦1,200 to ₦2,600 a week. The middle band — Self-contain (Yaba) and Mini flat (PH D-Line / Abuja Gwarinpa) — sits at about ₦6,000. The high band starts at ₦17,000 and climbs to ₦1,500,000 for the mansions. Pick your band first; the job has to beat it.
